I bought Green Mountain pumpkin in the pods.And had a couple pods that had holes in the top. First time I've had that happen.I do like your coffee stove

Keurig coffee maker malfunction. Customer service is no help.

This issue continues today. I am disappointed with Keurig.

Sent a complaint about K-cups exploding and leaving grounds in my coffee, but I have had no response. Poor customer relations.

The French vanilla coffee pods don't taste like French vanilla at all. It's just like regular coffee.

No froth, no taste, nothing.

For the past 8 years, all French vanilla pods have been very weak in flavor. We buy French vanilla to taste French vanilla.

I have been a Green Mountain lover for many years now. Recently, I purchased a box of 80 pods from Sams.

After loading my pod holder, I discarded the box so I do not have a lot or control number of offer. My reason for writing - almost all of the pods seem to have a lighter material for the pod. The lighter material seems to tear often while brewing and I am getting lots of grounds in my cup (yuk!)

As in my working years I was part of production and realize we changed vendor materials for multiple reasons.

If GM has changed vendors for your pods, there may be an issue. Thanks

I'm a TRUE lover of Green Mt coffee. Have been for over 25 years.

I use one box a day (10 pods, lost 2 pods when the price was increased and 2 pods less per box). Bought a box of caramel vanilla cream (32 pods). I'm a flavored coffee lover) , check the tops of each pod. I foundc pods with three holes punctured on the top of pods.

Should I throw them out? Are they contaminated???

Box was short two pods. The phone call got disconnected after they confirmed my number three times. No one called me back.

I spend the extra money for green mountain coffee because it's the best. But quite often I get some in a 60 pack box that spray grounds all over and make a mess.

I believe the pods are faulty. Please send me a free box of coffee pods to reimburse me for this loss.

Multiple Boxes of Breakfast Blend have been shooting out grinds the past few boxes! We wasted so much money so far because of this! I assumed it was my Keurig machine, so I just spent almost $200 on a new machine, and it's still doing the same thing!

We have bought your coffee for a long time and the last 2 boxes of k cups we bought there is a bunch of grounds that come out and so far 3 have exploded in the machine and we have deep cleaned the machine multiple times due to the issue

So, I really like your Nantucket Blend medium roast Keurig pods. However, to my surprise, the 48 pod box I purchased is full of half-caffeine pods!

Your product isn't cheap, especially a 48 pod box. I don't have my original receipt, as I made this purchase in Lancaster, PA. But, I'd really appreciate some compensation for this company mistake.

I've been drinking this coffee for years. It was my favorite.

I went to order some online from Office Depot and found reviews stating that the formula had changed and that the coffee no longer tastes the same. I thought that was ridiculous and proceeded with my order. I ordered 96 k-cup pods, as usual, and discovered the sad truth. It tastes nothing like it did before and I'm sorry I spent so much money on it.

Why would anybody fix something that doesn't need fixing? I would appreciate a refund so that I may purchase something else.

32 box of K cups pods was $21.00 and stated "locked in price".

May 1st the price was $26.00!

Huge price hike. so what happened to "locked in price" and what does that even mean?
